We are pleased to report that the following BCHA community homes in the North Valley have recently sold:



Two BCHA community housing units at Chilali Lodge in Ketchum. The Chilali Homeowners Association purchased one of the units for an employee. The BCHA Guidelines grant employers preference in purchasing up to 30% of available community homes within a development. The remaining community home was placed under contract by the first BCHA Applicant it was offered and shown to at a sales price of $107,692.

Two community home units in the Idaho Independent Bank Building in Ketchum sold. The two community homes were purchased by the teneants who were previously renting these units. BCHA Guidelines givepriority to tenants when and if the cummunity homes they are renting become available for sale.The Developers/Owners offered these unit for sale in mid-December 2007 and both sales closed by the end of February 2008.

15 NEW COMMUNITY HOUSING UNITS AVAILABLE SOON IN THE SCOTTUSA WILSON BUILDING

The ScottUSA Wilson Building developers/owners anticipate having a "model" available to show by the end of May. This development will contain fifteen (15) community homes. Sales prices will range from $136,000 to $416,000 for these one and two bedroom units also providing a secure underground parking space.
